Dukan Diet Second Round -- Cruise Phase Week 1 Tuesday

Day 7 (September 27, 2011)
Weight: 139lb (63.18kg, 9.93st)
Change: lost 1lb
Lost Sept 20-today: 3.5lb
Total lost since February: 19lb, 8.64kg, 1.36st

I'm not getting all excited, since I'm sure it's dehydration.  Anyway, I totally fell off the wagon today, as you can see:

Pork Loin

Very busy at lunch, then realized I'd missed the opportunity to get vegetables, and then when I went to empty a co-worker's coffee down the sink, it was actually chicken and rice soup and I had to try to unclog the sink, and failed.  EW!

I went and bought:
Fresca
Starburst
Granola bar

Also had yogurt & almonds

They did taste good though!  Then after I went to a HS open house with my younger DD, I got a slice of pizza.  After I got off the subway, I was looking to do more damage, but fortunately I opted for a Klondike bar (ice cream w/chocolate coating), instead of some sort of pastry.

Still no extra exercise other than the usual walking to the subway, etc.

Lost Sept 20-today: 1.5lb
Total lost since February: 18.25lb, 8.30kg, 1.30st

Well, I'm doing so hot getting back on the P90X saddle... Still staying in the 140 area though.

I can't remember what I ate on Sunday (this is Wednesday now).  Sorry!  Nothing special, the usual suspects.

Total lost since February: 18lb, 8.18kg, 1.29st

I forgot to eat vegetables for dinner, unless you count ketchup.

I think I had some sort of vegetable at lunch, but I can't remember what it was.

Change: lost 1.25!
Lost Sept 20-today: 1.5lb
Total lost since February: 18lb, 8.18kg, 1.29st

I didn't do P90X yesterday, but I still shrank.  My underbust is now under 30, which means my 30 band bra is more comfortable!

Weight: 140.25lb (63.75kg, 10.02st)
Change: none!
Lost Sept 20-today: 1.25lb
Total lost since February: 17.75lb, 8.07kg, 1.27st

Well, I did do P90X yesterday, and had veggies, so let's hope it goes down again in the next few days.

P90X Round 3 Day 1: Chest & Back

Tough!  I got about 2/3 the way through, then I heard a giant crash and the TV had fallen over in the living room!  Fortunately none of the pets were under it when it fell.  The screen still works, but the cable plug got pulled out, so no more cable!  Still works for DVD and Wii/Netflix.  Now I have to scramble to scrape up money for a new TV.  I'm hoping to make by November, but it'll mean a lot of belt tightening, and having the kids watch TV in my room!  No, I don't want to share!

Amazing how fast the weight goes down during the Attack Phase!

Weight: 141.75lb (64.43kg, 10.13st)
Lost Sept 20-today: .75lb
Total lost since February: 16.3lb, 7.39kg, 1.16st

As long as the scale is going down...  Another PP day of course.

Dukan Diet Second Round -- Attack Phase Week 1 Tuesday

Day 1 (September 20, 2011)
Weight: 142.5lb (64.77kg, 10.18st)
Lost 2nd Rnd: 0
Total lost: 15.5lb, 7.05kg, 1.11st

My starting weight is 142.5, so the schedule is:

Attack phase 2 days (September 20-21)
Cruise phase 24 days (September 22-October 16)
Consolidation 34 days (October 17-November 19)

Once I start P90X again, I may gain a few lb of muscle.  I will keep track of my size/inches too, so even if the scale numbers aren't going down as fast as I'd like, I'll know if I'm smaller.

Today is a PP day.  Yesterday went well as a PV day.  I still have a pint of Haagen Daz Strawberry in the freezer.  It'll have to wait!

Restarting Dukan!!

Well, I haven't really been following the diet for the last month, so it's time to make the final push to reach my goal.  I re-entered my info, and here's the new plan:

I am estimating my weight tomorrow morning will be 143lb:

2 days of Attack (141 lb)
25 days of Cruise until October 18 (135lb)
35 days of Consolidation until November 23

I've been pretty happy that I've hovered in the 139-142lb range since I returned from vacation at the end of July. I just want to make sure I don't go in the wrong direction this fall.  I'm going to start doing my exercises again beginning Thursday.

Today was a PV day:

1.25 scoops e.w. protein powder
Chicken w/salsa
Almonds
Goat yogurt
3 carrots
Scrambled eggs

I'm still going to have some more yogurt, maybe some add'l veggies
