The Dukan Diet UK website specified that I should aspire to reach 135lb. I don't know if this is possible anymore because of the muscle I have put on from doing P90X. When I did the 2.5 rounds of P90X, my lowest was 143.5. I believe that I might be able to reach 140, so that's going to be my goal. That will be a size 4 probably. Because I don't have that much weight to lose, I'm supposed to do 2 days of Attack, then go to the Cruise Phase. My initial weight is 158 lb, and I'm about an 8.
