My DD and I are going to get another Beachbody workout called Brazilian Butt Lift. I feel a bit like I am a heretic, but I researched this, and found that quite a few women have been dissatisfied with the lower body results of P90X, and were using BBL to substitute/supplement workouts. I wasn't dissatisfied, but I don't think I was really focusing on that anyway. I put on weight pretty evenly, so I don't have any particular "problem areas" that I dwell on. I want to be able to help my DD get started with BBL, so I will do some sort of hybrid workout. That's still a week or two away though.
