P90X Day 6: Kenpo X

A bit of a struggle this first week, but I dragged myself through it. X Stretch tomorrow, then I'll double up C&B and Plyo and S&A into two days this weekend, maybe even X Stretch, then I'll try to do Yoga on Monday.  Week 3 I should get back on track.  I'm definitely looking forward to tomorrow's restful workout!
