P90X Day 8: Chest & Back

My favorite workout in this series!  I squeezed out 88 various pushups (and add'l pushups on knees), over 20 more than last week.  Now, I can't go terribly low, but as the weeks pass, I am able to go lower, so the number of pushups goes up a bit, but the quality is also improving.  I also used 20lb on the back flys.  It's nice to do it on a weekend, I don't feel as rushed to finish it and eat dinner.
