Sticking to the plan

I know I can stick to the P90X plan, since I did 2.5 rounds of it in 2008-09.  I was really good about the P90X diet too.  Now, I've decided to jumpstart my weightloss using the Dukan Diet.  I was 143.5 when I finished P90X, and last week I was 158!!!  OK, so I had just returned from stuffing myself in Rome, but with all the walking, you'd think it wouldn't have been too bad.

Day one of the Dukan Diet was Tuesday March 1, day one of P90X was yesterday, Thursday, March 3.  Hoping that this blog will keep me on track
