Dukan Diet -- Cruise Week 7 Monday

Day 48 (April 18, 2011)
Weight: 144.25, lost .25lb

Probably dehydrated, but still very nice to be shrinking again! Hope to stay below 145...

1.25 scoop egg white protein powder
Colonix
Scrambled eggs
Salad, cucumber, mushrooms, chicken breast w/salsa
Yogurt
Almonds
Carrots
3/4 scoop e.w. protein powder
Butternut squash
Salmon

  1. Just curious - do you ever track your calories? I always wonder if I'm eating too much in general (I know with Dukan you can eat what you want - but I sorta disagree with that). And I'm not talking about how much I was eating last week!! I know I was being naughty then!!!

  2. No, I just don't have the time. If I start plateauing, I can usually figure out the problem (salt, sugar, too many nuts). I find that most calculators don't have a lot of my foods, and it's a pain to enter all the info. I have a general sense of the calories I am consuming. Anyway, right now I'm getting a good amount of exercise, so it's not been much of a problem.
