Dukan Diet -- Cruise Week 8 Saturday

Day 53 (April 23, 2011)
Weight: 143.25lb, lost .75lb

See, that extra .5 went away!  So now I've officially lost 1 stone, and almost 15lb.

1.25 scoop e.w. protein powder (btw, that's 30g of protein)
Almonds
Broccoli & carrots
Yogurt
Sweet potato chips (sinful!), and I ate A LOT OF THEM
Hamburger, bunless, w/salt

    Congrats on the stone! Honestly, you are my inspiration. Now I just have to put that into action!
