RAWR! I feel GREAT! I did 18 more assisted pullups, and did much better on several of the exercises than I have so far. I could feel my back muscles working hard, so I think my arms are getting stronger. I had a cup of roasted carrots about 2.5 hrs before my workout, and had a lot of liquids during the afternoon, so I'm not sure what made the difference. I also sort of dragged the workout out, I was watching The Biggest Loser and finishing the routines. Hey, better than sitting on the couch and watching! Major exercise high, I was licking the lid of the container my turkey pasta sauce was in!
