Dukan Diet Attack Phase Friday

Day 2
Weight: 145.5lb
Lost: 2lb!

Yay! Another PP day.  Except I forgot the large steak was in the broiler after my P90X routine, and it was totally overcooked.  Yuk!  I had to eat it with some BBQ sauce.  I hate eating food I don't enjoy.

1.25 e.w. protein powder
Steak
Goat yogurt
Almonds

Overcooked steak w/BBQ sauce
