No Plyo, I walked 40min on the treadmill on an incline Sunday, so that's my cardio.
I did ARX with my elder DD, even though she was feeling negative and complained, she was able to do 151 reps! Fantastic! She'll do better on Friday when we do it together again. I was able to do all 349, as I got rest periods helping her with her form.
S&A went fine, went down in some weights because of the time off.
