Dukan Diet Restart -- Cruise Week 15 Wednesday

Day 105
Weight: 142.5lb (64.77kg, 10.18st)
Loss: 1lb
Total lost: 5lb
Total lost since 3/2011: 15.5lb (7.05kg, 1.11st)

Water intake: 71oz & 26oz lemonade (= 2.87l) & 2 mugs herbal tea (Tahitian Vanilla Hazelnut Tea & Stomach Ease -- I'll see if there's a pattern of bloating when I have a particular tea...)

Well, I'm not feeling as slender as I was on Sunday.  I'll have another PP day today.

This afternoon I blew up again.  I am so tired of feeling bloated and having my clothes straining.  Why is this happening??? I felt fantastic this weekend, and now ew! Decided to order out, so I got the steak fajita salad, nothing too bad in it I hope!

  1. I ALWAYS worry when I eat something I didn't make. I just cross my fingers it's not too bad and trade convenience for the better choice. I think we all can relate.

  2. I'm guessing it would be high in sodium. My kids got home from a vacation with my Mom, and I hadn't gone shopping, so...
