P90X Day 5: Legs & Back

Ouch!  I increased my chair-assisted pullups to 72 from the last time I did this workout in February.  Still didn't do all the exercises.  My left hamstring was feeling a little tender, so I took it easy and skipped the Siebers squats.  I also have to do something about my sneakers.  They keep sliding on my wooden floor during the wall squats.  Maybe I should get some sort of rubber mat (yoga mat?) to stand on.  Also did some Ab Ripper moves.

I guess it's Kenpo tomorrow.
