Dukan Diet -- Cruise Week 12 Thursday & Friday

Day 79 (May 19, 2011)
Weight: 142lb, lost .5lb

No workout today, going to see an operetta, "The Student Prince"

1.25 e.w. protein powder
Colonix
Salad w/grilled chicken
Yogurt
Almonds
Cheese
Grilled chicken breast w/lemon
Roasted squash w/cranberries

I had to buy some acceptable food for dinner, and the squash w/cranberries was the least bad, and cranberries aren't that sweet anyway.

Day 80 (May 20, 2011)
Weight 142.5lb, gained .5lb

I did not get enough sleep, so today's task is not to gain.  It's so easy to just eat to keep from nodding off.  I felt really drained, so decided to skip the workout and do it tomorrow.

A little pulled pork (boring)

Steak w/salsa
