Dukan Diet Second Round -- Cruise Phase Week 1 Thursday

Day 3 (September 22, 2011)
Weight: 140.25lb (63.75kg, 10.02st)
Change:
Lost Sept 20-today: 1.25lb
Total lost since February: 17.75lb, 8.07kg, 1.27st

Amazing how fast the weight goes down during the Attack Phase!


1.25 scoop e.w. protein powder

Almonds
Salad w/roasted butternut squash, beets, usual stuff
Red cabbage -- tasted sweet, I think it had raisins
Yogurt
Goat Cheese

Started P90X again, got 1/2 way through and had  2 prunes (bad!)

3 carrots
Sheep milk cheese
1 scoop e.w. protein powder
Yogurt
