Dukan Diet Restart -- Cruise Week 1 Tuesday

Total lost: 4.25lb
Total lost since 3/2011: 14.75lb (6.7kg, 1.05st)

I definitely was a little puffy.  It got better, then worse again after lunch.  Hmmm.  Another PV day

1.25 e.w. protein powder
Almonds
Steak w/salsa
Roasted sweet potato cubes
Goat yogurt

After my workout I had:

Goat yogurt
Chicken breast tender parmesan -- tomato sauce & manchego cheese over chicken breast strips
