I decided that I get plenty of squatting on Plyo day, and I wanted to improve my bum bum (pronounced boom boom!) with Leandro, so I did the High & Tight video. The video is divided into 3 parts, and after the first part ended, I did one set of Close-grip Pullups. After the rest of the video, I did one set of calf raises, then another set of Close-grip Pullups.
I definitely feel the burn doing the H&T video! I never feel these same muscles being stressed during the regular P90X workouts. I'll add in the Bum Bum video next week in place of Kenpo.
