After week 3's Shoulders & Arms, I did one of the X Stretch workouts during Recovery Week, and now it's Week 5. It's been a long time since I did CS&T. I also have been doing P90X lite, in that without doing Yoga and skipping some of the pullups in Legs & Back, I'm not getting as much pushup work as I should. So, the fact that I had a low number of pushups is no surprise. Once I've reached my goal weight and doing Consolidation in the Dukan program, I'll focus more on doing P90X properly.
