Sunday I skipped Yoga. Monday I did the entire ARX workout for the first time this round. I've been lazy, and doing the first 3-4 exercises in ARX as a warmup to the main workouts. I did 285 out of 349. Not bad! My abs felt nice and tight today.
After that was BBL's High & Tight, with some of L&B's pullups. I did 33 assisted, and the H&T went well.
Today I did Kenpo X for the first time this round. A little rusty, but I feel good!
