Just wanted to rest yesterday. Today I did Chest & Back. It's sort of tough to do the recovery drink/snack when I'm doing a PP day. I'm going to pick a different PP day next week. Anyway, I was able to increase my pushups and pullups, but it's still not where I'd like to be. Jeez, I got so weak in six-seven months! I'm also going to start eating carrots again, I seemed to do well in the spring/summer when I was doing P90X and eating carrots.
