Big improvement over last week! Got through 35min before I skipped an exercise. I also skip the sports extra exercises. The other problem I have is that my apartment is overheated, and I had to open the window to cool the room down. That wasn't working fast enough, so I had to pop a bunch of ice cubes in my water. I get really sluggish and tired when I'm hot, so cooling down really helped up my energy level.
