Wow thats a strange set menu !
ReplyDeleteWell, I don't actually eat breakfast aside from the fiber bev and the protein drink (just the powder mixed into water). Lunch was the steak, then the yogurt and almonds and cheese were noshing during the afternoon, then the yogurt and scrambled eggs were dinner. Sometimes I eat scrambled eggs for dinner just to cut down on the calories, and because I miss them!
