Another PV day, I need to keep my hydration up. I ended up getting bloated again in the evening. The almonds? I took some charcoal pills to help. The day ended up being a PP day later. I just didn't feel like eating any veggies.
ETA: I did have some roasted red pepper, I forgot! So it was a mild PV day after all.
