P90X 62: Not Kenpo, High & Tight (BBL)

Seriously off schedule, I was all ready to do Legs & Back, but I had to stop after the first 5 min for a family obligation.  Anyway, I had never done the entire H&T routine, so I thought why not?  I used 3lb ankle weights and the medium band.  OUCH!  I'm waiting to see what my legs feel like tomorrow!
