Dukan Diet Second Round -- Attack Phase Week 1 Tuesday

Weight: 142.5lb (64.77kg, 10.18st)
Lost 2nd Rnd: 0
Total lost: 15.5lb, 7.05kg, 1.11st

My starting weight is 142.5, so the schedule is:

Attack phase 2 days (September 20-21)
Cruise phase 24 days (September 22-October 16)
Consolidation 34 days (October 17-November 19)

Once I start P90X again, I may gain a few lb of muscle.  I will keep track of my size/inches too, so even if the scale numbers aren't going down as fast as I'd like, I'll know if I'm smaller.

Today is a PP day.  Yesterday went well as a PV day.  I still have a pint of Haagen Daz Strawberry in the freezer.  It'll have to wait!
