Dukan Diet Second Round -- Week 3 Tuesday

Day 28 (October 18, 2011)
Weight: 139lb (63.18kg, 9.93st)
Change: lost .5lb
Lost Sept 20-today: 3.5lb
Total lost since February: 19lb (8.64kg, 1.36st)
Milestone (again): below 10st, lost 19lb

Dropped .5 after having those chocolate oat cakes!  No more chocolate though, I'm getting an allergic rash on my wrist.  OK, I shouldn't have had oat cakes today either, but I don't think I'm going too high calorie wise... As long as I see a 13 at the beginning of my weight!

1.25 e.w. protein powder
Yogurt
Roasted chicken leg
Large salad
Yogurt
Almonds
Lamburger w/bbq sauce (no bun of course)
Nairn oat cakes (plain)
