Dukan Diet Restart -- Cruise Week 12 Saturday

Weight: 139.75lb (63.52kg, 9.98st)
Gain: .25lb
Total lost: 7.75lb (3.52kg, 0.55st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 18.25lb (8.30kg, 1.30st)
Average weight this past week: 140.18lb
Average weight the week before: 141.54lb

Water intake:  74oz (2.18l) & 2.5 mugs of herbal tea

Although I "gained" .25 the last week, my average weight for the week was actually 1.36lb less than last week, so I'm not going to worry about it.  I was dehydrated last week.  I've been making more of an effort to drink more water at work, and so the weight loss this week is more accurate.  I also have to remind myself that I gained some muscle while I was in Barcelona, with all the walking that we did, and I have been shrinking.  I started my P90X workouts again today.  Tomorrow I'll do Plyo, maybe S&A in the evening, so I'll only be behind one day in my usual Th-W schedule.
