So close to 20lb & 9kg lost! I'll have a whole host of milestones coming up in the next few pounds. I walked after work for 40min. Yes, the FF were bad but they were vegetables, not wheat/gluten or dairy. I did do what Sandi suggests, stop, think, what could happen, is this what you want, and in this case the answer was yes I still wanted them.

Congrats Veera! Its great to achieve / be close to mini-goals, its exciting and great to feel like all the hard work is paying off..... You are doing such a great job. Must be all that extra walking, its funny how if you tweak a couple of things, your body can respond so well (for a minute anyway! LOL) ENJOY...... xoxo
