Milestone: new low for this year, finally!
Water intake: 68oz (2l) & 13oz lemonade & 2.5 mugs of herbal tea
Got rid of that extra water, phew! I hit a new low for this year. Last year's low was 138.25. How much of that was dehydration, hard to say now.

You have to like protein to do this diet, and I've always been a carnivore, so it's pretty easy for me!
