Only .25lb, which is fantastic! I'm very excited, considering I was not gluten-free. I'm seeing more definition in my abs, so hopefully I will be well into the 130s at the end this week. OK, I had another rye round, but it was freshly baked.

I thought about eating something else, then realized I wasn't hungry, why eat calories because I haven't had a conventional dinner, so I drank some water instead.
