I skipped three weeks. My week in Barcelona was Week 8 (recovery week), but after that I had 3 weeks off. I'm going to do Weeks 11 and 12, then start a new round so I have a full round before my summer vacation in July.
I did C&B today. I'm several pounds lighter than when I started this round of P90X, so I had 15 total pushups more than Week 3, but my pullups total was a little less.
I also did ARX, 304 reps. I had trouble with the V-ups and the obliques.
