Back to my strict diet... My average was a little higher this week, but still under 140lb. How did I manage to stay under 140? No idea, but I'm glad. I'm trying to empty the refrigerator, so I may more sodium-heavy days. I'm also trying to re-hydrate. I'll have a PP day tomorrow.
