Still hovering around 140 or below. Did some walking.

Curried chicken salad (had some raisins in it)
I tried some Nairn's oat cakes w/chocolate. These were lightly sweetened (4g of sugar per cake/cookie). They're enough to be a mild treat, but not if you're really trying to eat a cookie. A good "cheat food" that's not going to do much damage.
2 small glasses of white wine
Manchego cheese
Salmon steak - delicious!
2 small packets of candy corn (you know, those Halloween treat sized packets, about 10 pieces in each)
