This of course was a PP day. I think the chinese w/white rice from yesterday encouraged some water retention.
2 paranil pills & Colonix fiber
1.25 e.w. protein powder
Smoked ham w/mustard
Almonds
Manchego cheese
I did P90X (separate post to follow)
I ate some yogurt right after my workout, for the protein & carbs.
Broiled beef w/salt
