Another pound of air I guess. Yesterday I was good until dinner. It was raining and I didn't have an umbrella and didn't want to carry groceries while getting soaked, so we ordered chinese.
1.25 scoops e.w. protein powder
Goat yogurt
Grilled chicken
Almonds
Dinner I had Szechuan chicken w/brown rice. Who knows how many calories and what was in it? It may have had wheat, but no chocolate or dairy!
I had the Kleri-Tea before bed, so should be visiting the LR today!
