I'm forcing myself to post. Peer pressure! Yesterday was the department Christmas lunch. I kept it gluten and dairy free, but I ate two macaroons and 7 (the entire box) of Glow gluten-free cookies, so a high-calorie day! I also had 2 bunless hot dogs for dinner. I did the PAGG supplements 2x (goal is 4x a day), and had a cold beverage in the morning. Today it's raining, so walking is out. Some coworkers walk around the floors and can get a mile in by walking around one floor, going down the stairs, then walking around the following floor. There are ten floors, and it adds up to a mile. I think I'm going to do that today.
