I think the Turkey sausage patties I had yesterday were high in sodium. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning! I squeezed in a portion of the Shoulders & Arms routine from P90X, then off to do some OT at the office.

I must have had something else, but I can't remember anything else! I did get gassy so I'm not hopeful for the scale tomorrow.
