I'm going to skip the other stuff, as this number will come down in the next few days.
Well, I forgot to take some of the 4HB supplements, but I did do the air squats/wall pushups and drank lemonade before dinner. Today was a PP day. I did my P90X workout today. I felt good at the start, but it was a struggle by the end. Next week, I'll try to do different PP days, Tues-Wed?
