I didn't do any routines on Saturday or Sunday, so I am behind. I will do L&B tomorrow evening. I think I'll do some BBL leg work, and then the calf and back stuff from P90X, then X Stretch on Wednesday, so no Yoga/Kenpo this week.
I didn't have time to do the whole routine, I did about 35min, so 9 exercises 2x. Weights were less than before of course, but I didn't feel like a complete loser like I did on Thursday.
