Sigh. Just have to keep moving ahead! I was a bit puffy yesterday (my exercise bra was on a looser hook), don't know why. Which is why I'm not surprised by no change on the scale. I'll be good the next few days to try to get down a bit. Next challenging day is next Monday, my younger DD's birthday, so I should have 7 days of good behavior!
