Dukan Diet Restart -- Cruise Week 16 Friday

Day 114
Weight: 142.5lb (64.77kg, 10.18st)
Gain: .751lb
Total lost: 5lb
Total lost since 3/2011: 15.5lb (7.05kg, 1.11st)

Water intake: 99oz & 12oz can of Fresca & 13oz lemonade (124oz=3.66l) & 1.5 mugs herbal tea

Last time I blew up, I had recorded what herbal tea I drank (Tahitian Vanilla Hazelnut & Stomach Ease).  I definitely didn't have Stomach Ease, and I don't think I had the Tahitian either, so that's not it. I'm going to behave today, hopefully some of this air/whatever will go away.  Here is something positive -- my highs are getting lower: 

4/20: 142.5
4/12: 143
4/2:   144

I have been taking the 4HB supplements (irregularly, but still), which are: Policosanol at bedtime, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Garlic (which I was out of for a while so I doubt that's it), and decaffeinated Green Tea Extract 3x a day.  I'm supposed to take it before meals, but I've forgotten, and I've been doing it 1x a day with lunch.   I decided to skip the ALA for a bit, to see if that helps.  At lunch, I took the Garlic and the Green Tea Extract (GG), and I felt fine later in the afternoon, so far skipping the ALA was the right thing to do.

I had no almonds today!  Forgot to do P(A)G before bedtime.
