Usually I list the weekly average to show how much better the week was compared to the previous week, but since that number doesn't look good, I'll just say I'm down 3.25lb from my high on Monday! I'm still hoping to get below 140 this week, and there are no parties or traveling in the near future, so... I spent about 4 hrs walking this afternoon, I walked across Central Park, wandered around the East Side, then walked back to the West Side and took the subway home. I'll be working OT tomorrow, so I will get my hydration back on track.
