Well, this morning I was feeling a little dehydrated, so it's good it's a PV day today. I ran out of time this morning, so I didn't have my fiber, but the salad has plenty of roughage. I had an enormous amount of water at work before lunch, I drank 96oz (2.84l) of ice water. After I ate lunch, I was stuffed -- well, a little bloated actually, and I didn't like what I was seeing in the mirror. I'm sort of scared what the scale is going to show tomorrow...
