Dukan Diet Restart -- Cruise Week 31 Sunday

Day 214
Weight: 138.00lb (62.60kg, 9.86st)
Loss: 1.5lb
Total lost: 9.50lb (4.31kg, 0.68st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 20.00lb (9.07kg, 1.43st)

Water intake: 60oz & 45oz lemonade & 12oz can of stevia soda  (117oz = 3.46l)

Ooooh!  So now I've lost 4.25lb since Tuesday!  This is why 142.25 lb wasn't too scary.  This evening though, I was very uncomfortable.  I was wheezing, my bra was tight, and then I realized that I'd had the chicken w/salsa, and all that hidden sodium!  I had a hard time going to sleep.  No more chicken until my third cat goes back to her diet spa at my mom's house.

Weight: 139.5lb (63.28kg, 9.96st)
Loss: .75lb
Total lost: 8.00lb (3.63kg, 0.57st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 18.5lb (8.39kg, 1.32st)

Water intake: 47oz & 60oz lemonade ( 107oz = 3.16l)

The number is low, but I think it may be dehydration.

Total lost: 7.25lb (3.29kg, 0.52st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 17.75lb (8.05kg, 1.27st)

Water intake: at least 91oz ( 91oz = 2.7l)

It's going to take a few days for me to get back into the routine, so bear with me!

BACK FROM VACATION!

I'm back!

When I got back from vacation Monday afternoon, I weighed in at 142.25 on Tuesday morning, which was a gain of 6.25lb (2.83kg, .45st).  So far since I got back, I have lost (counting this morning) 2 of those pounds, I weighed in at 140.25.

I have been easing back into Dukan land.  Tuesday I was wheat-free, Wednesday I was GF/Dairy free, and yesterday I ended up doing a PP day!  I wasn't that hungry.  I have been upping my liquids, but I need to get back into a routine, and that includes of course posting!

While I was away, I had two GF/WF days, but other than that I ate whatever I wanted, which shows on the scale.  BUT, it's OK, I was expecting it, it happens every year, it's just nice it's such a low number!

Day 186
Weight: 136.00lb (61.69kg, 9.71st)
Loss: 1.25lb
Total lost: 11.50lb (5.22kg, 0.82st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 22.00lb (9.98kg, 1.57st)

Water intake: 15xx oz & 15 oz lemonade ( oz = l)

Today is our flight!  And I dropped 1.25lb too!  Salt, air, waste, who knows, but it's a nice way to leave for vacation!

Still on vacation

Hi all!  I am still on vacation, and haven't been following any sort of diet.  I did have two wheat & dairy-free days, just to give my immune system a rest.  I am also planning a PP day on Sunday or Monday. Right now it's almost 5 AM.  It's bright outside, and I just can't get back to sleep! I got my first smart phone, I finally don't feel like a dinosaur.

I tried to add photos of the view from the window, but it's not working!
