Ooooh! So now I've lost 4.25lb since Tuesday! This is why 142.25 lb wasn't too scary. This evening though, I was very uncomfortable. I was wheezing, my bra was tight, and then I realized that I'd had the chicken w/salsa, and all that hidden sodium! I had a hard time going to sleep. No more chicken until my third cat goes back to her diet spa at my mom's house.
