Dukan Diet Fall Challenge 2012 -- Week 8 Friday

Day 54
Weight: 146.50b (66.45kg, 10.46st)
Loss: .50 lb

Total lost on challenge: -0.50lb (-0.23kg, -0.04st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 11.50lb (5.22kg, .82st)


Water intake: 78oz & 45oz lemonade ( 133oz = l)

Exercise: went up 6 flights of stairs extra

So I've lost 4.5lb in 5 days! All from air and excess water.  My system was still a little clogged, but mercifully, that problem resolved itself today, so I'm hoping for more good news on the scale tomorrow!  Sadly, I'm where I was when the challenge started, although to be fair, that was at a puffy, bloated weight, so I'm about 5lb fatter really than when the challenge started.  Before that, I weighed 146lb when I got back from our trip to Barcelona in February, again, bloated.  So really, I'm fatter now than I've been for over a year.  I know, 5lb isn't that much, but really, why did I sabotage myself in September/October?  I'd be in the 130's now, maybe having spilled over to 140 for a few days during this holiday feasting.
