Day 14-18
Weight: 140.75b-144lbMy diet was OK on Sunday
Monday, I think it was still OK (worked remotely from home for a stressful 10.5 hrs)
Tuesday, I had potatoes at brunch. Had to work at home, then be driven to our alternate office location. At dinner, I had a glass of beer and meatballs (ingredients unknown) w/rice.
Exercise was low on Sunday-Tuesday.
Wednesday, I walked 75 blocks before I got a bus home, but then I had a lot of candy later... I was very puffy this morning, which explains the 144lb. I've been eating PV today.
Water intake wasn't optimal.
