P90X Winter 2011-12 Day 32-34: High & Tight and Kenpo X

Sunday I skipped Yoga.  Monday I did the entire ARX workout for the first time this round.  I've been lazy, and doing the first 3-4 exercises in ARX as a warmup to the main workouts.  I did 285 out of 349.  Not bad!  My abs felt nice and tight today.

After that was BBL's High & Tight, with some of L&B's pullups.  I did 33 assisted, and the H&T went well.

Today I did Kenpo X for the first time this round.  A little rusty, but I feel good!

P90X Winter 2011-12 Day 11-13: BBL's High & Tight

Didn't do Yoga, and was exhausted yesterday, so no L&B.  Today I did the High & Tight workout again, this time with ankle weights (I think they're 2lb).  Still love it!  Squeezed in 3 sets of pullups, one each of chinups, reverse grip, and wide.

Dukan Diet Restart -- Cruise Week 1 Wednesday

Day 7
Weight: 143lb (65kg, 10.21st)
Lost: .25lb
Total lost: 4.5lb
Total lost since 3/2011: 15lb (6.82kg, 1.07st)

The scale isn't moving too fast, but I feel like I am shrinking.  The pants I am wearing are more comfortable than they were a few days ago, and my bra doesn't feel as tight.  I felt a soreness I've never felt before thanks to the BBL's H&T routine.  That's definitely going to be part of my weekly routine now!

It's a PV day, and as I ran out of almonds, maybe it'll be a little lower in calories too.

P90X Winter 2011-12 Day 6: BBL's High & Tight w/some Legs & Back

I decided that I get plenty of squatting on Plyo day, and I wanted to improve my bum bum (pronounced boom boom!) with Leandro, so I did the High & Tight video.  The video is divided into 3 parts, and after the first part ended, I did one set of Close-grip Pullups.  After the rest of the video, I did one set of  calf raises, then another set of Close-grip Pullups. 

I definitely feel the burn doing the H&T video!  I never feel these same muscles being stressed during the regular P90X workouts.  I'll add in the Bum Bum video next week in place of Kenpo.
