What a way to crush it!  This just shows you the effect of sodium!  I was visiting the bathroom all day yesterday.  However, to put it in perspective, it's 1.25lb less than one week ago, which has been close to my average weekly weight loss, so now I'm back to normal.  I'm definitely shooting for 130, I'm not where I want to be at 133.

  1. Congratulations Veera! Thats AMAZING! What a crazy loss..... You'd never believe sodium could have that much of an affect. Are you sure you'll be happy at 130? ;-) It can get addictive? LOL.

    1. The joke's on me, this morning I was back up to 136 thanks to sodium-laced frozen raw chicken! Anyway, I am gauging it on the pinchable fat on my stomach, and as I've mentioned before, I must have had a bunch of visceral fat, so it's more about how I'm looking than the number on the scale, and if that takes me to 125-129, that's OK. I'll just have to have low-sodium days periodically to figure out where I'm at!

    3. LOL Veera now that's a crazy gain! But at least you've been below your true weight! Must feel good. I think you stop when you're happy with your figure, its just having the motivation to keep going when the scales bounce around so much. I have confidence that you can do it!!!! I hope I can persevere as well as you. xoxo

    1. Yes, unfortunately temporary! As you can see from my reply to Sonia, the scale shot up thanks to some different salty chicken. I just read an article that most chicken producers inject sodium into raw chicken! Great, so now if I want to have a low-sodium day, I have to stay away from chicken. Very annoying!
