Well, I did stay wheat-free, but I did take advantage of being on dairy. I also had a rye round (fiber), and figured the scale was going to be crappy, so ate the salty hot dogs for dinner.
Surprise surprise, my younger DD had a horrible case of gas in the middle of the night. I woke up to her crying (and she's tough, she doesn't cry from pain very often) After playing Dr. House, I gave her 2 activated charcoal pills, and almost immediately she was burping and felt much better. Plus we got back to sleep! Turns out she had 3 meals with wheat yesterday, and for whatever reason, it was too much (pancakes, grilled cheese, leftover pancakes).
I am still out of my Colonix fiber and I didn't make any oat bran again.
